If I learn the Dvorak keyboard layout, will it be hard to switch back and forth?

I would like to learn Dvorak, but want to still be able to type in QWERTY. Please let me know if you've learned Dvorak, and did it make things uncomfortable to switch back to QWERTY or can one be fluent in both?
