Is it illegal to run Leopard OS X or any other Macintosh OS on a Lenovo Y650 Ideapad laptop?

I don't know if it is illegal or not but I heard that you could run Leapard OS X or any other macintosh OS on a Lenovo Y650. I don't know if it is true or not. Somebody please answer my question. The reason why I asked this question is because i want to make my own ipod touch applications with Apple SDK programming, and it is only available on Mac OS X. Thanks.

no. its not "illegal", its against apple's terms but then again nearly everything is, its possible its called hackintosh, here's a guide (theres many), apple doesn't like it or want it but no police officer is going to arrest you
